Artistry bridges the gap between certification and confident coaching.
Founded by award-winning personal trainer Lindsay Perry, Artistry is a post-certification coaching academy for personal trainers who know there’s more to great coaching than sets and reps.
Artistry helps coaches develop the presence, communication, and coaching mastery required to lead the room, connect with clients, and create real transformation — on the gym floor and beyond.
At its core, Artistry is built on a simple belief:
Great coaching is an art form.
It’s how you show up.
How you read the room.
How you cue with clarity, adapt in real time, and respond to the human in front of you.

Most certifications teach exercises.
They don’t teach confidence.
They don’t teach how to command a room without forcing it.
How to communicate clearly under pressure.
Or how to adapt when a session doesn’t go to plan.
This is where many trainers get stuck.
You’re qualified — but unsure.
Capable — but second-guessing yourself.
Doing the work — but not fully confident in your presence or delivery.
Artistry exists to bridge that gap.
Not by adding more information but by developing clarity, awareness, and coaching identity.
Mum first, coach always
Motherhood shaped how I coach — with empathy, presence, and the ability to adapt in real time.
Studio owner & team leader
I own and operate a Body Fit Training studio in Robina, leading coaches and members every day from the gym floor, not behind a desk.
Roller skates over rest days
When I’m not coaching, you’ll probably find me roller skating because movement should feel playful too.
Obsessed with learning
I’m deeply passionate about self-education, personal growth, and mastery. If there’s a way to become a better coach, leader, or human, I’m in.
Still a coach at heart
No matter how much Artistry grows, I’ll always believe the best lessons are learned in real sessions, real conversations, and real moments.
Artistry was built from lived experience. Balancing leadership, learning, and life. Everything I teach has been tested on the gym floor, refined through mentorship, and shaped by the realities of coaching real humans.
Artistry is built on a simple belief: great coaching is intentional, observable and repeatable. Everything I teach is grounded in preparing the body, understanding movement, refining communication and applying methods in real coaching environments, not just theory.
At the core of Artistry are three key methods that shape how coaches assess, cue and guide movement: PRIME, CAPP, and Reverse Engineering. These frameworks run through every offering, providing a consistent approach to coaching that prioritises performance, safety and long-term results.
Artistry education is delivered through four connected pathways, allowing you to learn at your own pace and depth.
PRIME - preparing the body and movement
CAPP - coaching, assessment, and performance cues
Reverse Engineering - working backwards from the ideal movement
Artistry isn’t about being louder, more experienced, or more impressive.
It’s about being clear, grounded, and confident — every session, every client.
